If deposits take longer than 24 hours, it is best to check your account that you transferred the money from to see whether the funds were deducted. If so, upload a screenshot of the transaction in the ‘My account’ section and contact our customer service team. You can upload a screenshot by completing the following steps:
Log into your Jackpot Guru account.
Go to the ‘My Account’ section.
You will see ‘Document upload’, underneath click the button ‘Choose a file’.
Select the file to upload.
Click on the button ‘Document type’ to select ‘Missing transaction’.
