If your name or gender has legally changed since the creation of your account, you can provide us with one of these documents to verify this:
Name change:
- Marriage Certificate
- Two acceptable ID Documents. One showing the previous name and one with the new name
- Proof of name change from a tax agency
- Change of name deed poll
Gender change:
- Old and new updated ID/ Passport/ driving license
Please make sure to take photos of the documents too! Due to security measures, we cannot accept scanned versions of your documents.
